Beer bread

 

Directions

Heat the oven to 375 degrees F. Coat the inside of a 9 by 5-inch loaf pan with the pan spray and set aside.

Whisk together the all-purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and dill, shallots, garlic in a large mixing bowl. Add  the cheese and stir in the honey and beer. Spread  batter evenly in the loaf pan.

Bake on the middle rack of the oven , about 45 to 55 minutes.

Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Serve warm.
