Directions
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 In bowl, mix first nine ingredients. 3 Add bread cubes and coat with mixture. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. 4 Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray, then pour challah mixture into dish. Sprinkle with sugar. 5 Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until pudding is set. Let stand 15 minutes. serves 10
