Marinated, grilled flank steak with a mint fruit relish

- 2 lbs flank steak
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons cracked black pepper
- 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon cilantro
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- dash of hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
Mix all ingrediants and whish olive oil in a bowl. Place meat in shallow pan, and marinate meat for 1 hour. Pre-heat grill pan or outdoor grill. Cook meat on each side for 6-7 minutes or until your liking. Let meat rest, and slice on an angle and against the grain, serve with the fruit relish.
Fruit relish:
- 2 tablespoons of fresh mint
- 1 tablespoons of fresh cilantro
- 1 fresh lemon, juiced
- 1 fresh lime, juiced
- 1 fresh orange, juiced
- 1 mango, diced
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1 red pepper. diced
- 1 yellow pepper, diced
- 1 small jalepeno, diced
- 1 tablespoon scallions
- 1 tomato, diced
Mix all ingrediants, marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator, serve with flank steak.
