Druken cantaloupe soup

- 2 cantaloupes, skin removed, halved, seeded
- 4 cups fresh orange juice
- 1 oz shot of Sambuca liquor,(optional)
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- salt & pepper to taste
- dollop of sour cream-garnish
- mint sprigs- garnish
- toasted anise seeds- garnish
Puree 3 canatalope halves in blender, pour into large bowl, add orange juice, Sambuca. Whisk in sour cream, add heavy cream, cinnamon, salt and pepper. Cut remaining cantalope half into 1/2 -inch cubes and stir into soup. Placed into chilled bowls, and garnish and serve.
