2 1/2cup Milk, 2%, with add vitamin A & D
1/2cup Cherries, tart, dried
1/2cup Raisins, golden, seedless
1/2cup fat free sweetened condensed milk
2tsp vanilla extract
1tsp ground cinnamon
1/2tsp ground nutmeg
3Eggs, large, raw
1/2 challah , cut into 1 inch cubes
1 Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
2 In bowl, mix first nine ingredients.
3 Add bread cubes and coat with mixture. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4 Spray 11 x 7 inch baking dish with cooking spray, then pour challah mixture into dish. Sprinkle with sugar.
5 Bake at 325 degrees for 55 minutes or until pudding is set. Let stand 15 minutes.
